2. What data do we process and for how long?
WISCO will process
(i) the personal data provided at the time of registration, in general; identifiers, personal details, and from electronic contact, particularly
(ii) the data authorised in registering through login through social media;
(iii) data derived from the commercial relationship with WISCO, i.e., those coming from the use of different services;
(iv) when applicable, those that are provided in the purchasing or procurement process, in general; those obtained by the use of a card (payment method and/or loyalty), as well as the purchases associated with the same and data to carry out or authorize the payment and invoice products and services, particularly;
(v) those resulting from computing processes (browsing habits or use of the medium and/or digital environment), IP address and information compiled through cookies, pixel tags and other technologies;
(vi) those that WISCO can deduce from lawfully obtained data
WISCO will process and store the data while the user is active in the MEDIUM AND/OR DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT and is a customer, as well as during the period of legal requirements, that could arise from possible responsibilities relating to the treatment of the clients data.
3. What does the User consent to when giving their details?
WISCO, owner of the medium and/or digital environment, will store in a file the data of a personal nature necessary, listed in the preceding section, with the purpose of:
(i) Provide the requested service by the user and offer in the MEDIUM AND/OR DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT maintenance and improvement, based on studies, profiling, segmentation on their data and/or crossings with other files owned by WISCO

(ii) Offer promotions linked to the status of being a client, through electronic communication or non-electronic communication, referring to products or services where they are carrying out their activity (loyalty, food, home, textile, insurance, loans, opticians, property, telecoms, technology, IT, fuels, sales, sports, leisure, free time, tourism, beauty, perfumery and payment methods)
The user can refuse the processing of their data for marketing purposes and to receiving this kind of mailings, in the registration process or subsequent time, following the procedure to exercise the rights outlined in section 4.
(iii) Facilitate the registration process in the MEDIUM AND / OR DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT, through differing channels. WISCO, to undertake the registration can develop a process that allows the exploitation of the data that already exists in other files owned by Wisco and that can be used to sign up, in this case, the User will be informed in order to obtain consent.
4. Is data communicated to third parties?
a. Public Administration, Courts and Tribunals
If governmental authorities, such as state security bodies, Courts and/or Tribunals, request or require information or if it is necessary to present this to comply with certain laws, WISCO will communicate to those third parties that information which is formally requested.
5. How can the client exercise their rights to revocation, access, suppression, opposition, rectification, limitation, transfer?

6. Safety Measures and Data Protection
WISCO has taken the appropriate safety measures in its installations, systems and files. It has established all available technical means to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of data supplied by the client, in this way ensuring their integrity, availability and confidentiality.
7. Cookies policy
WISCO is scrupulous in its compliance with the laws applicable to data protection and user privacy. For that purpose, it reserves the right to unilaterally modify at any time without notice, the conditions in this data protection policy in order to adapt it to any regulatory changes or to any modification in the presentation and configuration of the Portal.
