2016/2017

We incorporate a new cutting machine for large sizes.

We incorporate three new centrifugal machines.

2015

We invest in 2 new continuous casting machines and a new melting furnace

2014

We incorporate a new automated system of raw material feeding to the ovens.

2013

We increase our facilities to include a new machining wing.

2012

We add a new continuous casting machine.

2010

Mecauto acquires new metrology and machining equipment.

GRUPO WISCO creates the Research and Development business unit, GRUPO WISCO I+D, S.L.

GRUPO WISCO INDIA Pvt. Ltd. is constituted.

2009

New office building for Wisco in Betelu.

Mecauto changes premises. We move to a new 2,500 m² plant.

2008

New expansion of its installations, increasing to a total occupied space of 11,000m2.

Wisco installs an intelligent warehouse with a capacity of over 1,500 tonnes.

2004

Wisco installs its first horizontal continuous casting machine.

1995

Wisco expands its facilities in Betelu to a total occupied surface of 8,000 m².

1989

Mecauto S.A is created with the intention of transforming the raw material semi-product produced by Wisco, and offer the market finished machined bronze products (copper base alloys).

1980

Wisco increments its means of production by installing its first high speed centrifugal casting machine.

1965

The year when GRUPO WISCO project was born; the Group’s first company, Wisco Española S.A is created in Betelu, Navarra (Spain), as a foundry for bronzes manufactured in the continuous cast process.
